Recipe of the week 4

Fresh snapper with butter and torrontes sauce.

Go fishing and catch a snapper.

Into a pan add half a cup of torrontes and a soup spoon of white wine vinegar and boil. Once is boiling add the snapper. Cook for 10 minutes. Chopped in dices half red onion, 2 avocados and 1 big tomate. Add some parsley, season with olive oil, lemon and herb salt.

After 10 minutes remove the fish from the pan, add 200 grms of butter to the white wine sauce and boil to reduce. Pour sauce over snapper, add the rest and enjoy with a glass of Finca El Peral Chardonnay
