Recipe of the week by Malbec Man (Whole lamb + lots of Malbec)

Chimichurri (Argentinean BBQ Dressing)

Lots of wine

Fire Wood


Make a fire under the grill, spread it over so it covers the whole grill surface

Let it roast for 7 hours (keep adding firewood as necessary)

Drink plenty of wine to keep hydrated (Septima Malbec first and then Septima Syrah and Cabernet)Lamb + malbec
