Recipe of the Week: Slow Roasted Leg of Lamb. Yummi!!!!

Recipe of the week:

Day 1:

Grab a lamb and cut its leg.

Buy a 750 ml of Dark Beer, not the cheap stuff. In an over tray put the leg of lamb, chop 2 onions, 4 heads of garlic, 2 red capsicums. Add soya sauce (200 ml) and Olive oil. Leave marinating overnight.

Day 2

Slow roast everything during for hours in the oven at a temperature of 80 degrees. Drinks plenty of Septimo Dia Malbec while you watch the leg being cooked through the oven window. Once ready enjoy with URUCO, a wonderful Malbec, Merlot, Cabernet Blend from the UCO VALLEY in Mendoza.
